Multi core cable refers to a cable with more than one insulated core. Cables play an important role in electronic products and systems, connecting various functions of electronic products and widely used in fields such as aerospace and naval vessels.
After all the welding work of the core wires is completed, wrap the ends of the spare wires with heat shrink tubing. Then tighten the tail cover of the electrical connector, fix the top from the screw, and use insulation tape to wrap the cable surface compression ring. After that, pull out the shielding layer of the core wire and connect it to a screw on the compression ring. After connecting, tighten and fix the screws on both ends of the compression ring. After the tail cover of the electrical connector is installed, it should be connected and fixed to the cable to maintain stability. If the outer diameter of the cable is too small and the range of the tail cover of the electrical connector is large, the tail cover cannot fix the cable well, then a suitable heat shrink sleeve should be selected and placed at the tail of the tail cover. After wrapping, the cable identification should be shrunk to the tail of the electrical connector. During this process, it is important to ensure that the cable identification is consistent with the position of the electrical connector. After the installation of multi-core cables is completed, the cables must be inspected strictly according to the previously designed drawings and process requirements. When inspecting the Multi core cables, the main focus is on checking the model, length, insulation condition, and performance of the cables.
