The wiring methods for multi-core cables mainly include the following:
Standard docking method: First, the core wire ends of the insulation layer need to be peeled off and straightened. Then, the core wires near 1/3 of the insulation layer should be twisted tightly, and the remaining 2/3 of the core wire ends should be dispersed into an umbrella shape as shown in the diagram. The two umbrella shaped wire ends must be crossed and inserted into the bottom relative to each other. Pinch all the core wires on both sides after inserting the fork, and straighten each core wire to ensure even spacing between each core wire. Use wire pliers to clamp the fork and eliminate the gap, then fold the adjacent two core wires at a distance of about 3 single core wire diameters from the centerline of the fork at one end, forming a 90 ° angle. Then wrap it tightly in a clockwise direction for 2 turns, then fold it back 90 degrees and lie flat on the axis before folding. Finally, when winding the remaining 3 core wires to the second turn according to the steps, cut the first 4 core wires at the roots separately, and clamp the cut flat without leaving any burrs.
Simple docking method: Use wire stripping pliers to remove the insulation layer of the wire, then twist two multi strand wire ends into one strand each, and then wrap the two wires together for one turn. Then wrap one of the wires onto the other, and after the two multi stranded wires are connected, wrap the joint with electrical tape.
